My belief is that therapy should be a collaborative process that allows authenticity and trust to foster insight and growth, exploring how the past informs the present. I truly value the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. Rapport between clients and myself, I believe, is key for a long-lasting, trusting relationship.
I have experience working with issues related to anxiety and mood disorders, relationship distress, life transitions, family conflict, and more. I help clients learn and practice skills for tolerating pain in times of crisis, responding instead of reacting, increasing self-esteem, improving relationships, and participating fully in each moment.
I cater my sessions to best fit the unique needs of each client, always meeting them with empathy and authenticity. I offer a safe space for exploring and understanding oneself with a non-judgmental, warm stance.
