As a licensed psychotherapist, and as a fan of Carl Rogers. I always believe in human relationships. For me it is always how can I provide relationship participants may use for their own personal growth. I believe for a therapist to be able to develop some meaningful relationships with participants, a therapist must be self-aware—the ability to know your own mind and how it works and learn how to tame it for happier and healthy life not only for yourself but for your participants as well. The courage to seek for help is a process of human optimization, and I am ever ready to walk along with participants to unburden internal and external conflicts that impedes abilities to a fruitful life.

Well from the 1st time that we talked I knew at that point Titus knew what he was doing I've been seen by several doctors that have been doing this job for many years longer than Titus and they don't even have a clue what is going on with me, which Titus knew about me within 1 visit he listen's to what you are saying, he understood what I'm going through I would never go to anyone else we connected he is a great I will never change from him for anything.

Titus is an empathetic and insightful therapist who has helped me build awareness around my parentification trauma & understand how it has shaped my wellbeing and relationships. He has guided me to recognize my strengths, appreciate myself, and create a healthier balance between caring for myself & others. I value that Titus is compassionate yet honest & assertive. He validates my experiences while also challenging my perspectives in ways that reduce distress & encourage meaningful growth. I’ve learned so much from him, & I carry the lessons from each session into my daily life. One of the most powerful things he has told me is: “Expose yourself to your vulnerabilities, set yourself free—you deserve to live & be happy.” That message continues to shape my healing. I’m grateful that Titus is part of my self-transformation journey, & I highly recommend him as a therapist. As he once told me, “Self-actualization doesn’t ask, ‘Where did you start?’ The question is, ‘Did you start?’”
