Triff received his bachelor’s degree for Physical Therapy in 2016 from Velez College in the Philippines. He began working as a New Jersey licensed PT at Hudson Premier Physical Therapy & Sports in 2019. He has extensive experience with rehabilitation of orthopedic and neuro-muscular conditions in all age groups.
Triff is a certified FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) practitioner, certified StickMobility instructor, & has taken an array of continuing education courses to keep up with the latest evidence-based practice guidelines. He believes in an individualized and holistic approach to PT treatment, consisting of a healthy balance between active & passive modalities.
What is the essence of what you do?
As a Physical Therapist, my job is to get my clients to be the optimal, pain free versions of themselves using proven, & fast acting techniques. I work with my clients to design fun, effective treatment plans that fit their individual needs. It’s my personal and professional commitment to help my community eliminate pain, improve mobility, and achieve healthy active lifestyles.

I enjoy staying as active as possible through exercise and other physical outlets. I am an avid reader and a “forever” student with a passion for learning about new things and new people. I also find joy in volunteering, whether it’s through my church or my community.
