I didn’t feel comfortable during the session. Something about the therapist’s vibe just didn’t sit right with me. She came across as very serious and emotionally distant. It felt like she was talking at me rather than with me—more like a robot than someone genuinely trying to connect. I was hoping for a more understanding and human interaction.
