Hello, I'm Veronica Dacey. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Keene, NH. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I am licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to my practice. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults, whether individually, in groups, or within family settings. My therapeutic approach is intuitive and client-centered, focusing on creating a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in the power of mindfulness and spirituality as tools for healing and growth, and I often incorporate these elements into my sessions. My areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting challenges, loss, and substance abuse. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or navigating a life transition, I am here to support you every step of the way. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns and work towards meaningful change. I am dedicated to helping you find balance and resilience, and to empowering you to lead a fulfilling life.
