What I strive for is the opportunity to provide a safe space in which people can work through the areas of their lives that they may be struggling with. The work can be sometimes challenging, but very rewarding. My goal is let clients know that they have the power to change their situation and it would be my privilege to complete that journey with them. The theories that I identify with the most are narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, and experiential therapy. Although these are the theories that I gravitate towards, it is my belief that the client drives the therapeutic process which ultimately determines the best avenue to take.
