I came to this work originally supporting survivors of sexual assault in crisis and later transitioned to working with youth in schools. I specialize in working with youth and adolescents who have experienced grief, are survivors of sexual assault, are neurodivergent, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and OCD. I work with LGBTQAI+ community members and am committed to providing an affirming space. My style and approach to therapy is collaborative feedback and making sure I am supporting you and your goals.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University, which has shaped my commitment to trauma-informed and client-centered care.
Outside of therapy, I am most often reading paranormal romance, spending time and money at a local bookstore, catching a WNBA game, or traveling. Even better if they are all combined!
I lived in the Pacific Northwest before moving to Colorado. I have lived here for close to two years and am still exploring all the fun places! I make time at the start of each session for you to share all your TikTok therapy videos and memes. I look forward to meeting you and finding out how I can best support you.
