I have done a lot of work on myself this past year and half with counseling from Wyndham. I have successfully made it out of depression and anxiety. I learned tools to use for daily life that have me living my best life. My sessions are farther apart now and I could stop going but I still go to counseling just to make sure I don't slip back into old/bad lifestyle or I have an 'emergency' session if I can't get through a problem on my own. Wyndham is very intuitive and gives different perspectives on how to work through and issue or what the real root cause is. I would highly reccommend him.

Wyndham is very professional and very easy to talk to, no matter the subject. I found it very easy to open up to him. And his approach to helping me get through my problems and finding the root cause of those problems is absolutely amazing. I would and have recommend to anyone that needs some help working out their issues.
