I have worked with Yahaira now for over 3 years and she has been a huge part of my personal growth journey. I have done sessions with many different providers over the years and I always struggled to find someone I could really trust. For the first time with her, I really felt understood and seen and she has had a tremendous impact on my life. From the very beginning we worked on establishing goals for therapy and she has done such an excellent job celebrating the small and large wins in my journey (even when I can't). Her schedule is flexible, and as a working professional I never felt that I could not access therapy care. The internal work is far from over but I know that I have her support and she is just a phone call away! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking mental health/therapy support!

She was very attentive & supportive throughout the first meet. This was my first ever therapy session & it went so well I have already scheduled a second appointment with her!

I have been with Yahaira for over three years now. I have learned many skills with her and have seen major improvements in how I handle stressors and navigate difficult situations. Yahaira is excellent and I highly recommend her as a therapist!

I've had an incredibly positive experience working with Yahaira. She is exceptionally attentive and has truly helped me navigate through my issues by providing coping mechanisms tailored to my needs. She always listens carefully and offers constructive feedback on my behaviors, guiding me on how to approach difficult situations effectively. Her support and insights have made a significant difference in my life. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist.

I always love my visits with Yahaira! She's very honest with me yet allows me to reflect about my experiences independently. I'm a huge worksheets and journal person and she has been so amazing giving me worksheets to do or even just giving me Journaling prompts. I've shared some of my journal entries with her and she some times gives me feedback/more I could think about which has been super helpful for myself but also various situations I've been through. Whenever I am low, yahaira is very understanding, patient, and calm which I appreciate a ton! She's great!
