Hi my name is Yanexi Quintana, Clinical Director and
Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healthy Minds Counseling LLC.
As Clinical Director and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our counseling practice, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their full potential. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex issues that individuals face and the most effective treatments to help them achieve their goals. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers and private practice. I am trained in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) among others. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and more. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I am dedicated to helping clients identify their strengths and develop effective strategies to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, and I am committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and strive to make mental health care accessible to everyone in our community.
