My mindful psychotherapy style is to join with the individual, utilizing contemporary psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral principles to help one address their concerns. During this process, the aim is to help one understand their own development and construction in a meaningful way that allows one to become unstuck from concerns that they may have. More specifically, this depth-focused approach is aimed at helping an individual, couple or family gain insight into both past and present, so that one can be able to make clearer and healthier choices about the present future.
My specialization in Neuropsychology allows me to conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments, which include testing and report writing. This is used for various purposes, such as but not limited to: traumatic brain injury, post-stoke patients, dementia, ADHD, achievement testing (IQ).
