Hi, I'm Yeharar.
Do you find yourself overthinking and analyzing every little detail of life events? Are you having trouble relaxing? Are you struggling to find motivation and energy? Do you have a hard time connecting with the people in your life?
I support my clients in managing day-to-day stress, anxiety, and depression. Together, we can identify what's not working and come up with a plan to improve your quality of life. We'll use an overall wellness approach addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. Using an interactive approach, I am committed to building good rapport, trust, and providing a safe space for clients to have open dialogues about their concerns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, attachment theory, and person-centered techniques.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Post University.
