Dr Yohei is very knowledgeable and patient. He takes his time to understand the problem and works on it session by session to resolve the issue. He gives exercises to be done at home and during the session works on the area of the injury. This is a much better use of time for the Dr and the patient. I had a left shoulder labrum tear. I highly recommend Dr Yohei.

Dr Yohei is very knowledgeable and very patient. He tries to get a very good understanding of the problem and then address it session by session. I have a problem in my left shoulder (labrum tear). He has given me many exercises to do at home and rightly says that the exercises are my responsibility. At the PT sessions, a much better use of my time is, him working on my shoulder i.e. - stretching, muscle relaxation, strengthening for almost the whole time during the session. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Takada has been extensively trained in manual/orthopedic/sports physical therapy. After graduating from a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Columbia University, he completed two-year process of Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy residency program at Touro College and received Certification in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy (CAOPT). He passed a Certified Functional Manual Therapist ™ (CFMT) with distinction through The Institute of Physical Art in 2013. Dr. Takada is a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). He is also a certified full body Active Release Technique (ART) provider, certified golf fitness instructor (level III Medical Profession, level II junior program) by Titleist Performance Institute, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a certified Functional Movement Screen provider (FMS), a certified Selective Functional Movement Assessment provider (SFMA), as well as a certified Graston technique provider.
He has worked extensively with patients in outpatient settings including various levels of athletes/performing artists, and patients who are suffered from orthopedic and neurologic conditions. He also specialized in athletic enhancement and injury prevention.
Throughout his career, he has been actively involving teaching as well. He is an adjunct faculty for Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy residency program at Touro College. FuncPhysio is an official post-doctoral residency site for orthopedic and manual therapy

I came to Dr. Takada with ongoing neck and back issues for many years. He is amazing. I have been to multiple doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists with little improve. his treatment is very different from other therapists. He treated my system as a whole as a session progress. Now I have seen a huge improvement ova the course of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Takada.

Dr. Takada is a highly skilled and educated physical therapist. I visited him
because for five years I had suffered numbness in my hands, headaches, back and neck pain.
Dr. Takada was successful in identifying the root cause of my ailments and through physical therapy sessions conducted in his office, I am no longer in pain. Dr. Takada has also given me flexibility exercises that I do at home that are specifically targeted for golfers. I am happy to report that after one year of doing the exercises — my golf game has improved dramatically. I highly recommend Dr. Takada to anyone who is in need of a true professional
physical therapist.

For anyone suffering from chronic muscle pain and looking for a PT, I highly recommend Yohei. He not only has the fantastic skills but also is very attentive and pays attention to your needs. He fixed my never-ending neck pain completely. His clinic also uses one of the most advanced machines, "myorib". I learned that his machine is the only one outside of Japan on the mainland U.S.
