“I had met Matt two years ago for a right shoulder problem. He was excellent, I was experiencing a new pain on the left mid-back so I made an appointment. I was called and told Matt wasn’t available, and Andy was highly recommended. I met with Andy and, like Matt, he demonstrated genuine interest in getting to the root of my pain, clearly stated his goal to reduce the pain before I left (he did), and gave me four exercises I could easily do at home. 4 days later my pain is almost entirely gone. Great office, these guys understand how the body works and match the patient’s needs and abilities with their solutions. They never make you feel like they’re after your money.”

I had an exceptional experience at this Midtown physical therapy clinic. Angelina, who answered my initial call, was both professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed right away. She recommended Dr. Andy Sneider, DPT, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge of human anatomy. Dr. Sneider quickly evaluated my condition and initiated treatment, demonstrating his expertise and genuine care for my recovery. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking effective and compassionate physical therapy.

You are in great hands with Matt as your PT. He has been my PT for several months and I have never had any issues. He is always on time and focused on customizing treatment and exercises to best fit me. His office is also very clean and well managed. Highly recommend!

Matt is really thorough, with enviable knowledge of the anatomy of all those muscles & nerves in the elbow area, as well as being a great listener and obviously very sensitive to one’s levels of discomfort/pain. I really appreciate that he took the time to make sure that I understood exactly how to do the exercises he showed me, even giving me a printout of everything we worked on to take home (complete with photos!) He also was extremely helpful in explaining how insurance works as far as coverage for physical therapy. Thank you Matt!
I've been seeing Matthew Seltzer's colleague, Sharon Josephs for a chronic joint condition for about six months. Sharon does a great job listening and diagnosing, is extremely knowledgeable about her field, and is a pleasure to work with. Sharon and Matthew also make dealing with insurance billing simple and are easy to reach by email, phone, or text. Highly recommend!

Matt is an awesome guy and excellent physical therapist. His friendly demeanor and modern facility make attending sessions with him a joy, and his willingness to work with his patients to address their specific concerns leaves you feeling confident that you are receiving treatment tailored to help you achieve recovery as quickly and effectively as possible.

This is a brand new facility conveniently located in Midtown near several subway lines. The check in process was easy, I was seen right on time. He was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got a thorough evaluation, and he quickly set up a plan for my therapy that addressed exactly what my issues are. I walked away with clear, written instructions. The hours are convenient. I would absolutely recommend him!

I've been seeing Matt for a few months for a fracture in my foot, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time each session to explain exactly what he's doing and why. I always leave feeling much better and he's helped me make a huge amount of progress in the last 2 months. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Physical Therapist.
Fantastic Physical Therapist. Helped me recover way quicker than I thought I was going to. Never went easy on me in a session so I know he took my injury as seriously as I did. Highly recommend Matt!
Matthew Seltzer is the best physical therapist I've been to. He is very knowledgeable and is very easy to talk to, and he helped a lot both in the office and with exercises I could do at home. I have difficulty with balance and my gait, and Matthew was able to help me with those issues and also address other imbalances with my neck and back. Thank you! A+
I began working with Matt following a knee injury incurred while running. He conducted an extremely thorough evaluation that impressed my orthopedist. In planning my treatment, he was supportive of my personal goals. I didn’t just want to reduce pain and regain average functioning; I wanted to resume training to run long distances. While being mindful of my personal goals, Matt was extremely realistic. By providing comprehensive information about my condition and treatment, he helped me be patient and compliant to allow my body to recover. Used a variety of techniques, included targeted exercises to build strength, stretches, electric stimulation, and therapeutic massage; I was able to regain full functionality of my knee, including long-distance running.
Matthew Seltzer is very personal ,very caring anda very dedicated person and physical therapist.I recommend him with all my heart. He helped me to get where I am today after a very bad injury
When I first arrived and saw the crowded waiting room, I was pretty skeptical about how long my wait would be. But Matt and his team were able to get me in and out in practically no time at all. I was especially impressed by how engaging Matt was. You don't always get that from a medical professional. Would absolutely recommend to others.
Matt did a very good job diagnosing and prescribing therapies for me at home. There was never any wait and my appointment always started on time. I was training for an Ironman during my therapy and Matt helped get me to the starting line!
Physical therapy with Matt was useful beyond alleviating pain. Matt explained the exercises and my condition in a way I could understand it. He taught me stretches and techniques that increased my awareness of my body, which continued to be helpful even after treatment ended. I found it extremely helpful that he provided print outs of the exercises for me to do at home, so when I forgot the proper movement, I could reference the print outs and pictures. Matt changed up the exercises I did frequently, which made PT surprisingly interesting and enjoyable. Matt’s professionalism is top-notch; he’s knowledgeable, consistently on time, and accommodating. He has a pleasant bedside manner and a sense of humor that makes the difficult parts of recovery easier. I’d recommend Matt’s services without any hesitation to any of my friends or colleagues.
