If you are seeking a way to remove obstacles blocking your full potential, or looking to be free from painful emotions lingering, I am right here for you and you are not alone. I provide a secure space where you can safely express and reflect on your thoughts and feelings. Collaboratively, we will aim to solve the root cause of your problems rather than simply addressing symptoms at the surface. The results will be relief from suffering, greater confidence, and the liberation of your authentic self.
My practice is based on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, which focuses on emotional and somatic experiences to establish insight. In the process, you can discover your unearthed strength, which supports your transformation. I try to help you establish security inside of you, and explore yourself and the world from new and healthier angles.
I am open to all races, cultural backgrounds, and genders, and conduct sessions in both Japanese and English. My office is located near Penn Station in NYC.
