The first appointment is typically just an intake, but it was easy . Less than 30 minutes. I will have to wait between 4-6 weeks due to an extended wait period, so no review for the therapist just yet. Other than that, simply, easy, and the woman who did my intake was nice. My appointment was also virtual if that helps!
