Welcome! My name is Zach. I will listen to your experience with a compassionate ear. We all struggle with pain both visible and invisible. But a life filled with meaning, healthy relationships, and joy is possible. I believe the process of healing unfolds within a caring relationship characterized by curiosity, warmth, and play.
I will help you to accept your strengths and limitations, develop healthier self-esteem, and experience a wider range of thoughts and emotions. When working with people, I use evidence-based approaches like Psychodynamic therapy, Mentalization-based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I enjoy working with a wide range of adults with diverse identities and unique abilities. I hold a master’s in applied psychological science from Pacific University. Formal education is not everything, and I endeavor to be a student of life, deepening my insight through the experience and wisdom of all the people I encounter.
