Hi! My name is Zari, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. I am here to help you identify, understand, and work through whatever problems you are facing. I have worked with a range of populations, more specifically adults, young and older, feeling burdened by a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, low self-esteem, identity development, relationships, family conflict, grief, parenting issues, and other life challenges that may feel like they are keeping you stuck.
