My name is Zenia. I am a mom of five amazing children :). I love love...did I say love... COFFEE!! More than I love coffee, I absolutely love serving as a psychotherapist. I am honored to assist individuals and families as they take steps to improve their mental health and wellness. When I am not providing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my children and traveling to new places.
I am the founder of Grace Behavioral Health. I have more than 12 years providing a combination of social work and psychotherapy. I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health regain control of their lives. Both in-patient and virtual services are available.
I currently provide psychotherapy to help adults overcome challenges related to work-life balance, parenting, coparenting, grief, life transitions, stress, chronic disease burden and caregiver burnout.
I currently provide psychotherapy to help children and adolescents overcome challenges managing symptoms of Anxiety or Depression which may contribute to poor academic performance, difficult peer relationships, parental conflict, low self-esteem and poor motivation.
I take pride in providing a therapeutic environment that is a space for healing and GRACE! So often we are the hardest on ourselves. As we face challenges in life, we forget to celebrate the sucess and milestones accomplished on our journey. No matter how small, celebrate every win!
