The appointment went very well. The Nurse Practitioner Maryeth was superb in knowledge, bedside manner, professionalism as was Dr. Mulkay. They reviewed the history, asked questions and actually listened though it was over an hour of wait time, I will follow up with them. I would STRONGLY recommend the front desk staff (check in and check out) get trained on customer service. Their attitude this morning was negative and not polite. I have an issue with Zoc Doc allowing me to make an appointment for a time that my doctor wasn't in the office and then the fact that the front desk didn't call in advance to let me know the doctors scheduled time to be in the office was actually 30 mins later than my appt time. Everyone was so friendly. It was also the most thorough intake I have ever had at a cardiology office, and I've been a cardiologist's care for 16 years. Intake and checkin was very good. I waited a short period for the tech to come in and do an EKG and other testing. Then the PA came in and took more vitals, talked to me, listened to my heart, and shared what they would do next. Then a wonderfully kind echocardiogram tech came in and checked my carotid arteries and heart. THEN another woman came in and fit me for a holter monitor. THEN the doctor came in and explained everything, plus a thorough assessment and treatment plan. I was so scared before going to this doctor's office, but they made me feel safe, taken care of, calm, and important to them. So glad I found them and highly recommend. …read more

Dr. Sankholkar was fantastic!!! I cannot recommend him enough. He and his staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and thorough. He treated me as an equal and had a wonderful beside manner. He ensured he got a complete medical history and looked at everything holistically--he asked questions that didn't JUST relate to my cardiovascular fitness, but could affect it or could be causing my symptoms. Dr. Beniaminovitz is amazing! As well as his NP Robert. I wasn't sure if I was having a cardiac problem or if my issues stem from anxiety I have. Instead of quickly dismissing my symptoms as just "anxiety," Dr. Beniaminovitz did a thorough job examining me and ordering tests. He covered all bases and made sure all tests were covered by insurance before doing them. Most importantly, he validated and heard me. While this seems simple, most doctors don't take this step.
