He was very nice and so were the rest of the workers in the office. He Definitely took the time to explain things to me and make me feel calm because I normally feel a lot of anxiety during dentist visits. I would definitely go back to him.

Dr. Elkowitz is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After completing his dental training, he continued his education at PENN, where he received certificates in both periodontics and periodontal prosthesis. His advanced training in treating gum disease, placing dental implants, and restoring badly damaged teeth enables him to provide patients with the best comprehensive care for their smiles.
In addition to helping his patients develop healthy teeth, Dr. Elkowitz was a clinical attending at North Shore University Hospital where he taught in the Division of Prosthodontics and has earned multiple awards for his distinguished teaching ability.
Dr. Elkowitz is a member of several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Nassau County Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Northeast Society of Periodontology, and the Academy of Osseointegration. Each year he attends numerous hours of continuing education, studying the latest techniques and procedures for the betterment of his patients.

I was greeted with a smile by everyone in this office & was instantly put at ease. Dr. Elkowitz was warm & welcoming; has a great sense of humor & a very light touch. His explanations about my teeth & dental needs were clear & comprehensive. I highly recommend him & his terrific staff to my friends!

Dr. Elkowitz is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He is a true perfectionist that takes great pride in his work. He has a very relaxing & calming bedside manner. His office staff is terific as well. They make you feel very comfortable and handle all the necessary paperwork. I highly reccommend Dr. Elkowitz if you want that perfect smile.

Visiting the office of Dr. Elkowitz is a pleasure from start to finish - from the warm greeting by reception to the wonderful dental care from Dr. Elkowitz and his staff. Dr. Elkowitz spends time with you and puts you at ease before and during any procedure. I have never been uncomfortable or afraid in his office due to his kind and compassionate nature. I highly recommend this office.
