My appointment was supposed to be at 2:30pm, Friday the 12, but the office was closed at 2pm.
I arrived to the place at 2:00pm just to realize that it was closed, I call and leave a voice mail. Never answered ?? or call back.

This was my first time visiting this office , using Zocdoc and seeing this dentist and needless to say, I was nervous of what to expect. This was a very positive experience from the time I entered the office. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff showed a willingness to answer my questions with great patience. I was called for my appointment almost immediately. A special thank you to Dr. Hon for answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I absolutely would recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Han was informative and so delicate.
She made me feel comfortable and reassuring. Her assistant Sandra was also a pleasure, reassuring and also made the procedure so comfortable. The Receptionist was informative and went thru the billing and insurance benefits with such patience.

It felt like I was being forced into some kind of service. The insistence on doing X-rays was excessive, and while it's good to provide education, it felt like I wasn't being treated with respect, almost they were like dealing with elementary school children. ( no respect).

I been looking for a dentist for a while. I saw this office and said let me try. I went there and felt comfortable. Im happy with this place. My dentist from now on. :) oh and im scared of dentist lol but they make me comfotable.

At first I was hesitant regarding the distance but I’m happy I went. Everyone was amazing from the front desk reception, the assistant to Dr. Han.
The whole team was excellent and they explained everything step by step of each examinations .

Dr Han is very personable and you can tell she really cares about the patient more than anything else.
She explains my options for treatment with all the pros and cons, the treatment plan feels collaborative instead of just the usual dentist threatening “if you don’t do this or else!” Kind of way.
I would 100% recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Han is absolutely the best and so gentle and kind, I cannot recommend her enough! She is amazingly thorough in explaining everything AND clearly went over all costs with me first, I've never experienced this level of care and trust before. She's clearly passionate about her craft and incredibly skilled. I'm a loyal patient now and will be recommending Dr. Han to anyone who asks!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Dr. Han. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. Han was not only professional but genuinely caring, taking the time to explain procedures and ensuring my comfort throughout. Dr. Han exhibited expertise and a gentle touch, making the entire visit surprisingly pleasant.
