After the past calendar year of working two full-time jobs, a part-time job, and completing my graduate degree and obtaining my teaching license, I finally had time to book a long overdue appointment for a cleaning. The dental hygienist who saw me seemed personally offended at the state of my mouth, so much so that she commented with exasperation at doing her job, complaining about how tired she was, ("I need to take a break, my hands hurt!") and making passive aggressive jokes about my ability to take care of myself. I understand that she likely has a difficult job with difficult clients, but her bedside manner was tiresome, childish, and unimpressive. The dentist himself also seemed unaware that I had never seen him before, as he chided me on waiting too long between appointments. I found their office manager compassionate and professional, but otherwise thought the attitude of the people in my mouth could have followed her example.

The doctor was so nice and patient! Loved the room set up with the tvs for a calming effect too. Her being so nice and understanding is a big one when seeing dentists and super glad I got to make an appointment with her. Dr. Kadish is my favorite dentist. She is so so nice and is a perfectionist when it comes to dental work. Such a pleasant experience. So friendly. My old dentist doesn’t compare at all. So happy I came here and will definitely keep coming back
