About Dr. Sandra Khuu

I’m a general dentist at Zen Dentistry – Midtown, caring for patients of all ages: from a child’s first visit through adult restorative care. I earned my DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and completed hospital-based residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine. That training gave me a close look at how much the mouth reveals about the rest of the body, the oral cavity is often the first place a broader health issue shows up. I bring that perspective to every exam, whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved. Most of all, I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. Good dental care should feel unhurried and judgment-free, and my goal is for you to leave every visit understanding exactly what’s going on and why it matters. I speak both English and Cantonese, and I see patients on Saturdays for anyone whose weekday schedule makes dental care hard to fit in.
