Dr. Pallas started her dental journey at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine where she received her DDS degree. Following dental school, she completed a one year residency in general dentistry at the Manhattan VA Hospital. She was amazing. Very friendly, comforting, listened carefully, and to the point. Spoke in terms that were easily understandable and DID NOT try to over-sell anything or push for treatments that I wasn't comfortable with. In fact I booked a follow up appointment for a long over due cleaning. Really great find on Zocdoc!

Dr Pallas was friendly and engaging but the hygienist who did my cleaning was terrible. Seemed really distracted, did not do a thorough job (took <15 minutes), had to retake several X-rays, and was not wearing a clean face shield (it smelled horrible). Overall I would not go back - going in for a teeth cleaning is a huge pain and it's worse when it's not done properly.

Best dentist/doctor I have ever been to. So kind and so friendly and truly one of the most knowledgeable people. She made me feel so safe and so cared for. Will only be seeing Nicole for any dental work from here on out.

An absolutely wonderful experience! I went in for a cleaning and wanted to discuss some cosmetic options (veneers, whitening, bonding, etc) and Dr. Pallas exceeded all of my expectations! The practice is so clean and the staff is so friendly! Dr. Pallas put me at ease and the smile never left her face. Everything was easy, painless and even fun at times. I’m so excited to revamp my smile at SPA dental with Dr. Pallas!
