As a general practitioner I make it my goal to provide great dental care, in a calm and relaxing environment. In regards to patient care, it gives me no grater satisfaction when an extremely nervous patient leaves the office in a relaxed manner. To achieve such a positive and pleasant atmosphere, all it takes is to demystify what any simple dental procedure consist of and what the desired out come are. That way patients know what to expect and the doctor allows the patient to be part of there own treatment, with a clear understanding of risks, alternatives and benefits. All patients leave with healthier and happier smiles!!!

Doctors are good. Very busy office. Good comprehensive care. Just crazy wait times. If you book here you’ll wait 45-60mins to be seen so plan ahead. Not sure I’d come back because that’s just too much time waiting.

I never give any kind of reviews, but Dr. Albert deserves all the accolades he's already received and I am more than happy to add another one! After reading the extensive positive reviews about him and his team at Complete Smiles Dental office, I felt confident in booking an appointment and I have to admit I've never had such a good experience with a dentist. I have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Albert and Dental Assistant Tim were extremely helpful in making sure that this experience turned everything around. Not to mention, the hygienist who was so thorough and gentle. I think majority of the time hygienists forget that our teeth and gums are attached to a real life person but this hygienist was very precise and really cleaned my teeth and got them sparkling. I would highly recommend ANYONE who has ever had a negative dental/dentist experience in the past. So unexpectedly stress-free!

The front office girl was extremely unprofessional. She kept making me go in circle when I asked her to give an estimate of the procedure that I was recommended by the doctor. She kept saying it’s not her dept and I should goto billing. If she could only coordinate that being at the front desk I would have been satisfied. Would recon the doc to speak to them. The doc was nice and professional.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Albert for over 3 years. He is always professional and takes the time to explain any concerns he may have in regards to our gums and/ or teeth. The waiting area and treatment rooms are always immaculate, and they allow you to watch Netflix while you wait! I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Albert’s for my general dentistry needs.

Dr. Albert was recommended by my friend and he was great! He is very professional. I made an appointment the night before on Zocdoc. As a new patient having to fill out paper work and all, I was in and out of my appointment within an hour! This included multiple x-ray s, quick examination, and cleaning. The entire team was helpful, friendly, warm, and answered all of my questions. I felt very cared for and not rushed, which is a rare case these days. Dr. IIyayev patiently answered all of inquiries and took the time to show me what my options are for future treatment. He didn't act annoyed or hurried, and made me want to come back.

I was really pleased. The front desk were young college age students who took care of me and were very pleasant. I went into the room the hygienist had actually left for the day so the doctor actually did my cleaning. He explained everything and showed me things that needed fixing. I'm so glad that I rely on ZocDoc to find me the best of the best to list. Dr. Ilyayev was great; he listened while I summarized my dental issues, recommended connecting his office with my previous dentist to get x-rays (I didn't even know that was possible), and gave great advice on what to do next before my insurance kicks in again in 2017. He also put me at ease and made a last-minute appointment for me after the initial consultation for the very next day. I'm looking forward to going back.

They need to change their front desk for more knowledgeable person who can use computer better. Also one of the assistant needs to use personal hygiene. I had to hold my breath every time she would pick up her hand and use the suction or other equipments. The dentist knows his job well, but I felt like he wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible

Dr Albert is a great professional. In 5 minutes I learned how my digestive system and habits shown over my teeth (I could see it myself in a mirror). Doctor provided me with information I'm going to work with for this year ahead. And did I mention that the filling took just 10 minutes and it feels great? I strongly recommend Dr Albert as your teeth saver and the one who helps you to heal your systems so you gonna see each other only during cleanings every 6 months.
