This was my first visit. The entire staff was very friendly, and the office was almost spa like. Dr. Internoscia was the first person to see me, and I was brought into a consultation room where I was offered hot beverages while he explained the process and went over my medical history. I was then brought to an exam area where he examined my teeth himself before the cleaning. It was very refreshing from other dentists I've seen where I go directly into the chair and the dentist comes in when everything is already done. The whole visit was more pleasant than I expected given it had been a couple years since my last cleaning. Definitely highly recommend!

Dr. Al utilizes his extensive training and experience to treat even the most challenging dental situations. He has been delivering cosmetic, implant, and restorative solutions to patients for over 30 years. His commitment to “doing it right” and ability to “handle just about anything” has won him the admiration of patients and other doctors. The MAGD designation he holds puts him in the most select group of dentists. The Mastership is a top-level honor in the Academy of General Dentistry awarded to only those dentists who have first achieved Fellowship, passed a rigorous written test, and completed over 500 hands-on credit hours in all the different subspecialties of dentistry. A big bonus to patients is that Dr Al uses all this expertise to prevent big problems from ever happening. He was one of the first dentists in NJ to provide digital “computerized” x-rays because he saw the benefit of earlier diagnosis and his early adoption of white resin fillings proved correct because it has saved thousands of teeth over the past 30 years. Dr Al is one of the first dentists in our area to offer dental implants using an innovative “Minimally Invasive Approach” using 3D computerized imaging and 3D printed guides that provide patients with faster, more comfortable healing. He is one of only a few dentists in our area to perform both the surgical and reconstruction phase of implant dentistry. His commitment and expertise has earned Dr Al Internoscia a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantology.

I chipped a tooth and was able to get an appointment the following day. The Doc took about 15 minutes to rebuild it painlessly. While I was there someone cancelled for a teeth cleaning and mine was due soon so they asked if I'd like to stay to have them done while I was there. I agreed and was in and out of a great teeth cleaning within 1/2 hour. Great people and great service!

I have been coming to this office since I was a kid myself and now my own children are patients here and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's not like your typical dental office with old outdated furniture and a funk smell in the air. When you walk into the office you are greeted by smiling faces, a warm/welcoming waiting room with flat screen tv's, modern furniture, a coffee and snack bar, a stone water fountain, free wifi and a beachy smell in the air. There are fresh cut flowers all over the office and the rooms are gorgeous, clean and modern. Being the gadget geek that I am, I love the cutting edge technology this office has to offer. The staff is super friendly and the best with my kids! I don't even feel like I'm coming to the dentist. I love the fact that they remind me via text, phone and email about my appointments. If you're looking for a fun & family friendly office with a bunch of amenities and the best and most up to date dental care you can receive, don't even look anywhere else. You won't be disappointed here.

I have been an extremely satisfied patient of 20 years. During this time I have had about every procedure you could think of - zoom whitening, painless root canals, implants, filling, extractions, bone grafts and gum treatments. I have been treated with compassionate state of the art care. I have stayed with Dr. Al even when my insurance had changed. He is the best.
