My daughter is extremely shy, but Dr. Chao made her feel very comfortable. I anticipated a lot of crying with her, but every staff was warm and pleasant. We really had a great experience.

My visit today was excellent. Dr. Chao is always aware of how comfortable I feel during any procedure. He is wonderful.
