“I was assaulted on a train ride home causing of my front teeth to become extremely loose. Since this was an emergency I’m glad I was able to make an appointment quickly and was seen right away by Dr. Shamuel. He noticed it was a fracture by the x-ray and gave me all my options in regards to removing and replacing the tooth. Kim and him were extremely nice as well as two other women at the front desk. They were able to find a feasible financial option for me even with insurance as the cost was going to be high. They thoroughly explain the post-op procedures, answered my questions and concerns. They made a daunting procedure pleasant and I could not be happier with the their work ethic and wealth of knowledge. You can tell Dr. Shamuel and Kim each care about their craft. Hopefully I won’t need to return for any other major injuries or work but definitely recommend or return if so! Thank you so much for your assistance and making my experience a great one!”

Dr. Shamuel Ilyayev (Dr. Sham) grew up in Queens, New York. He completed a highly competitive 7-year accelerated joint degree dental program and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. After graduating, Dr. Sham furthered his dental education by completing a general practice residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, where he obtained extensive surgical and endodontic training, as well as cosmetic and general restorative training. Dr. Sham is a lifelong learner who constantly advances his skills and knowledge by attending continuing education courses in various aspects of dentistry to provide the utmost quality care for his patients. His mission is to provide top-level comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant, and comfortable. Please note that we are an out-of-network provider, but we do accept the plans listed in the insurance section.

It was truly an amazing dental visit. Dr. Shamuel was extremely knowledgeable and calming. Came in at 10 am with what I thought would just be a cracked tooth repair, ended up being 6 fills, an extraction and bone graft. He accommodated me, worked with my finances and provided top quality care. Will be going back soon and I recommend him to everyone!
