Dr. Alexander Null is an accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon currently serving as an Army Major stationed at Martin Army Medical Center in Fort Benning, GA. Dr. Null then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016.
Following dental school, Dr. Null completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He then pursued further oral and maxillofacial surgery training at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in Fort Bliss, Texas, where he graduated with the Distinguished Graduate Award.
Dr. Null is an American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons member. He has dedicated his career to serving his country through his work in the United States Army. He is currently the Oral Surgeon Mentor for the AEGD program at Martin Army Medical Center, where he supervises and trains eight residents annually.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Null is also actively involved in charity work, having volunteered with Mission of Mercy and providing oral surgery services to the community at his previous duty locations. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and their two dogs, Zoe and Gigi. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves going to the beach and fishing.
Dr. Null discovered his passion for oral surgery during dental school and has since dedicated his career to providing exceptional patient care. He is highly skilled in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in his field.
