It was average. The parking situation (at the fenton st office) is kind of crazy because you have to double park in the lot (it's a 2 lane driveway). I originally scheduled a cleaning to prepare for my out-of-country travel in May, but due to unforeseen cavities and other dental work I now have to get done, I was not given the cleaning with the reasoning that I'll require a deeper cleaning that had to be done with a dental hygienist. I scheduled the appointment with the dental hygienist for a week following my initial visit... I don't expect anything to go awry. The front desk receptionist was super nice and took the time to explain to me my payment options and break down the billing that would take place (I was very concerned with the cost of work I now need to have). The gentleman who reviewed (?) my mouth was also very kind. Cavities suck :/.

I was greeted by a front desk staff member who was covering the desk. She very welcoming. I was then greeted by the person who I spoke with on the phone was as inting as the first staff member. I preregistered and only had to sign my consent form. It was seamless.
I was introduced to the physician prior to my films being taken. My insurance was ran after speaking with the physician about what is needed and I told up front what my part was before being serviced.
I was very pleased with the results and very satisfied with the all around service given to me. This practice is highly recommended.

First--new patients be warned they don't perform a cleaning on your first visit even though that is what you selected as your appointment..
When I scheduled the appointment for 4pm on Zocdoc I received a message that the office had rescheduled my appointment to 3pm. I showed up at 2:40 in order to be sure and get all my paper work/intake done in advance as a new patient.
The office only after I handed in my paperwork (had already checked in), said my appointment isn't until 4. Unmentioned to them that they had rescheduled it to 3. They looked and said oh yeah that's right but then said they were running behind and it would be 20 mins.. an hour+ later I'm still waiting to be seen..
