I would not go back. As a new patient being seen for a dental concern I expect procedures to be explained before X-rays are taken. The girl who ushered me in insisted on an X-ray without going over why I was there, expected insurance payments or my cost for today’s visit. She didn’t know why I was there. Even after my visit I left the office unsure of what I owe.
