This is an extremely professional practice. I went in for a broken tooth, and Dr. Patel showed me other issues that needed to be addressed. He was very friendly, and explanatory. In all fairness, the wait time was probably longer than usual because I was late. I will definitely continue to use this practice- for myself and my family.

Dr. Vakharia was born in and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. His undergraduate education was completed in Biology and Chemistry from The University of Pittsburgh. He received his dental training from both the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry—where he learned to speak Spanish. While in school Dr. Vakharia received the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration’s award for the top senior student in clinical practice and practice management. In addition he has completed over 400 hours of volunteer dentistry at various clinics throughout the country. Dr. Vakharia enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Vakharia genuinely cares for his patients and is routinely seen going the extra mile for them. He routinely completes nearly 3x the required continuing education. Dr. Vakharia ,like Dr. Sims also reviews and provides expert analysis in dental malpractice cases—a claim very few dentists can make. He is an avid sports fan who is a devout Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys all kinds of music.

Very capable office and staff. They did a great job of x-rays, cleaning, and setting up the next appointment. His staff was clear in explaining insurance and payment. I highly recommend them. They are open Monday through Thursday which makes it tough for someone who travels a lot. That is the only negative.

I really enjoyed my visit here. They were able to see me right away. They were also able to squeeze me in for some emergency dental surgery without a problem. I'd definitely recommend this dentist to everyone. Even though I was really nervous, Dr. Patel and his staff made me feel at ease during the procedure.
