About Dr. Alva Starling

Alva L. Starling, D.D.S. is a native of Mississippi. She graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2001, she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. A year later, she completed a General Practice Dentistry residency at the Central Texas V.A. Medical Center. Dr. Starling has been with Great Expressions Dental Centers since 2011 and is passionate about serving the local Georgia community. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Women Dentists, and the Georgia Dental Association.
