Dr. Cha was wonderful as always. The new assistant was pretty rough on my gums, and pushy with flossing etc - I will not be choosing to see her again (I don't usually complain, but that experience was miserable)

They were all very careful and kind about COVID-19 measures. The folks that actually do the dental work are always lovely.
