Dr. Shah is the best! She is thoughtful and sensitive to your comfort as well as any specific concerns you might have about your visit. I fully trust her expertise and I would not go to anyone else. I also love that she has television screens with Netflix (among other features), massaging dental chairs and essential oils - all of which make for a surprisingly relaxing visit to the dentist's office.

She is an amazing dentist. Best provider that I have experienced in my 31 years of being a dental patient. She is patient, kind, and thorough. Every dentist I have ever been too is rushing to get to the next patient and she takes her time to do a great job. My teeth have never been cleaner. She even remember info about me from 6 months ago - she took the time to care enough to remember that. She even has internet TV that you can select whatever you want to watch while in the chair - not to mention the wonderful smelling Lavender oil on the dental napkin they put on you. It is honestly the best dental experience that I have had. She is a great dentist that cares and she is very thorough. I highly recommend.

Dr Shah is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Dental smiles creates a very relaxing environment for a dental office, and Dr Shah does a great job of priming the patient for (and helping the patient manage) any potential pain in a procedure.

First time visit with Dr. Shah, and it was a great experience. The woman at the front desk was very friendly (it was my birthday a couple days prior and she wished me a happy belated birthday).
Most of my life, I've gone to a practice where the dental hygienist does most of the work, and the dentist would come in, poke around and say, "everything looks good."
That's not the case here! Dr. Shah was a part of the process almost the entire time. She was very informative and honest with what she was doing, and she was really friendly! I've never had a dentist walk me through my x-rays, which I thought was really nice too - she wants you to see what she sees.
The office itself is very nice - great location right on Madison St. in the West Loop. Each room/chair has a TV with Netflix (you get to pick your show) and they offered aromatherapy too - the dentist makes me nervous sometimes, so this helped calm me down!
Considering I was at the dentist (haha), I had a great experience here and would recommend Dr. Shah and her practice to anyone.

Dr. Shah was extremely helpful in the two visits I have had with her. She is very nice and knowledgeable in her field. I did not have any stress attempting to find an opening in her schedule. What was great for me was that I needed a procedure that would take over an hour, but I work during the normal operating hours for the week, and they have Saturday hours if you arrange them. This was a huge life saver! I would recommend anyone and everyone to see Dr. Shah!
