Overall good service. I had two wisdom teeth pull, and he and his assistant did everything to keep me calm. They were quick to apply more numbing when the pain increased, and allowed me to take a break when needed. Considering I hadn't been to the dentist in seventeen years and never had anything thing pulled they did a great job of helping me through. I will be returning to him to get the other two pulled.
Also I think I may should have checked right away. I got there early and was using care credit that takes extra steps.

Excellent service, assistant staff and front desk personnel. I was terrified, but they took great care of me. I was extremely impressed with the great care he took to make sure I had everything I needed. And the best part: no residual pain! Go here for great, kind and gentle people!

the office was very nice, and up to date besides the spider webs underneath the leather looking chairs in the waiting room. I do not remember seeing any name tags on any one that I came in contact with. But I do remember that none of the staff that I came in contact with introduced themselves to me, nor my small daughter who was the patient. the person who called us in to the back, was first spotted outside by my husband smoking. then once inside, the same person did not attempt to wash his hands! he just donned gloves. after touching many things in the office by setting up for the visit (the office is open enough for all to see, thank God.) he came to the door, called my child in, and had me to place her in the exam chair, still wearing the same gloves that he used to set up, and touching door knobs! ewww! I asked him if he was going to wash his hands and put on new gloves. (by the way he had no bedside manner, nor did he introduce himself) He said yeah, went over by the sink, only because the gloves were stored there, and put on new gloves. He did not wash his hands. He then, exited the exam area to go get someone else, all while touching door knobs with gloves on. I do not know whom he went to get, because no one there introduced themselves, nor was wearing identification. I will never go there again, the workers, whom ever they are, are not sanitary, and I will tell everyone that I know not to go to this dental office.

Was a good experience the only problem that I had was that they didn't know about my insurance, was Friday when I make the appointment to show up Saturday so they didn't confirm with my insurance. They will do it Monday.
