“This office was amazing! I showed up 15 minutes early and they took me early. I asked them to explain everything along the way out of nervousness, and they were excellent in communicating what was happening, checking in within the process to make sure I was comfortable, and being able to translate the conditions I had/next steps into a way I could understand. I felt spoken with, not just spoken to... and they were patient. I left and immediately texted my friends that they should go here. Outside of this, the office is clean, I was greeted upon arrival and offered a selection of goodies for the short wait. ”

Hi, I’m Dr. Athena Tosiou! With over 20 years of experience in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, my goal is to deliver care that’s both high quality and personalized. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry and have spent my entire career serving Chicago patients. I enjoy using the latest digital technology, including iTero and CEREC, to make your experience more comfortable and efficient. I love helping people feel confident about their smiles.

I had a lovely experience as a new patient in the Pure Dental Spa in wicker park. The staff was so attentive and kind, the doctor was clear and communicative with my dental needs. I felt very safe and comfortable in this practice and would definitely recommend!

Dr. Tosiou was absolutely amazing! Very clear communicator with everything she does, which is so rare to get nowadays. She checked in frequently and was explaining what she was doing so I understood. Very painless experience despite needing a lot done to my teeth! Best dentist Ive ever had!

I do not like coming to the dentist but I felt the dentist did a great job filling my centres and make it as painless a procedure as possible. She also communicated well throughout the procedure.
