Dr. Nicole Kujawa is a skilled and compassionate general and cosmetic dentist who takes pride in creating a warm, personalized dental experience for every patient. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees from Marquette University, graduating with honors from the School of Dentistry.
With a strong foundation in comprehensive care, Dr. Kujawa has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign®, BOTOX®, smile design, and veneers. She is passionate about combining precision and artistry to help patients feel confident in their smiles and regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements. I've seen this doctor twice so far, and both her and the entire staff were so friendly and warm. Usually dentists visits make me anxious as all get out but not here! Definitely would recommend. Genuinely felt like catching up with an old friend while getting important work done. 10/10!

Hang on to your wallet. Only five minutes into my first appointment they told me I needed a fancy, expensive cleaning. And they didn't even give me a basic cleaning which was the reason for the appointment anyway.

They would not accept my insurance for regular cleaning and cavity work even though over the phone they did when I called to confirm. They did not want to do any work on me based on how I looked and my skin color was the vibe.

I came in for a cleaning that didn’t happen. They moved my appointment because they didn’t see my Zocdoc appt. They were nice, friendly, to the point but now I have to go in again for a cleaning. I didn’t mind either of those things I just prefer to know ahead of time that the initial visit would not be a cleaning.
I liked how the dr provided a clear explanation of why I needed certain things

Dr. Kujwa not only knows exactly what she is doing, but clearly communicates with the patient what is going to be done. She continuously explained what she was going to be doing, how it was going to feel and was comforting when anything “painful” was happening. Best dental experience I have ever had.

For many years I've been going to Smile-On for my dental issues treated by Dr Paul Poncza who had assuaged my highly warranted childhood fear of going under the drill. However, this was my first experience with Dr Nicole Kujawa whose professional competence was served with friendly concern and genuine interest! Incredibly, I find myself looking forward to next week's appointment to resolve my dental issue. Need I say more?

As someone who is terrified of dentists and drills, I was so relieved to have such an empathetic, kind, and caring dentist such as Dr. Kujawa. I even travelled from Florida to do this visit (because she's the only one I trust). 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I rarely write reviews although I'm making an exception this time. I'm one of those people who just is uncomfortable with dental work, but I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of my visit and treatment at Smile On. Dr. Kujawa was courteous, professional and certainly very skilled as her treatment of my issues was very close to pain free. She took her time to explain every step of my treatment and was both conscious and accommodating to my general uneasy disposition with dentist. I certainly don't think I'll ever enjoy going to the dentist but I highly recommend her services.

Reception was friendly and efficient, I waited maybe 5 minutes after filling out new patient paperwork and was in with Dr. Kujawa and her assistant right away. They both explained what they were doing before/as they did it, and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable.
