This was my first visit with the Dr. and it could not have been better. She is incredibly nice and comforting and explains everything thoroughly. I came in for a cleaning and found out that I needed a crown which she did that day. She is very understanding of her patients not being able to take so much time off work. The entire staff was great! Very friendly! I highly recommend this dentist!

At Creighton University, Dr. Jones received her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Jones is very passionate about keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry so she can increase patient comfort. Awful. The receptionist could’ve called with info that would’ve saved us all time and frustration and the Dr horrendously rude to me in the matter of one minute that she asked what was going on. Horrible place and customer service. Would never recommend. Also wante sme to do paperwork are already did here. Worst experience ever!!!

Dr Jones was flexible to provide best care in performing an unscheduled cavity filling next to an implant that was trapping food constantly. This was needed due to the lab was unable to rework the abridgment. You can count on her to provide the best care.

The Dr. was prompt and professional, no issues there. When I arrived, I asked how long the appointment would last as I had plans with several other people in 1 hour and 15 minutes, which I thought would be sufficient. the receptionist told me 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived promptly at 10:30, which was my appointment time. After the Dr. finished however, I sat in the chair for another half hour, until I got up to complain twice (was told she's almost done both times), until finally they gave me someone else to clean my teeth. The whole ordeal from arrival to finish was 1 hour and 50 minutes. I find that unacceptable.

Dr. Jones is wonderful! She's very competent and professional. She's proactive when it comes to caring for your teeth without being overzealous - a great balance. As a bonus, she's also extremely personable and has a great sense of humor too. I'm very happy with the work she has done for my daughter and me. Her assistant Theresa is amazing too. They both really go the extra mile to see to your comfort and they explain everything very well. The girls at the front desk are also terrific, they are super nice and accomodating. The office is clean and comfortable. I will be bringing my whole family here. I give Dr. Jones an A+++!

I LOVED my previous dentist (Dr Alan Levy in Tarzana) but unfortunately I was going broke because he was out of network (MetLife Insurance). I had two previous bad experiences with dentist in the past so I was cautious in finding a new one. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended Dr Joshi Jones and her wonderful staff.
I had phoned Monday about a porcelain crown break and they were able to see me the next day. The medical building was easy to find and had plenty of nearby free parking. I was greeted by the staff and the doctor immediately upon entering the office. The waiting room was inviting and had a warm yet neat and orderly appearance. The wait time was effectively zero as I was seen right after filling out a few new patient forms. There appeared to be three patient/treatment chairs; two in a general open office area separated by a wall and the third in a private room perhaps for more in depth services. I was seated in one of the first two and I think there was a cleaning that took place in the chair on the other side of the wall. I liked the open room and found it was still private enough because I never saw the other patient come or go.
I really appreciated how Dr Joshi Jones took the time to explain everything with me; from my insurance/billing to my condition, procedure and aftercare. The service, treatment seemed top notch and she made me feel completely at ease with the Novocain? Shots and the drilling/shaping. My time with the Doctor seemed more than adequate and at no time did I feel like she was in a rush. So many doctors overbook and try to see too many patients; not this doctor.
UPDATE 10/21/15: The above was actually my review from 22 days ago. I have since had my new crown fitted and a third appointment to fill a related cavity today. My crown feels excellent! So much better than my last one! I am so happy with DT Joshi Jones and her staff!

I was looking for a new dentist and I actually sought help from my wife, she referred me to Dr. Jones. Dr. Joshi Jones was very professional, knowledgeable, & honest. If there is one thing I respect in a medical professional it's honesty. Dr. Joshi Jones performed a comprehensive exam following my initial X-rays as I was a first time patient. She guided me through the process & provided her honest opinion on my current state of oral health. I received 2 painless fillings & finished an excellent cleaning. Dr Jones is a fine dentist. She is training new assistants during my appointment. I was a bit concerned when the 6th or 7th x-Ray on the same spot. Dr Jones was very patience in her demo to the new assistance. She showed her the proper flossing technique. The appointment plus training time was longer than expected, but most of the work was done. The next appointment in 6 months should be shorter with less x-Rays. I

Went to a different dentist a very short time ago & he told me I had a cavity, so I get it filled & pay him some exorbitant amount of money. I figured I am all better, but very shortly after I am having pain again. So I go to Dr. Jones as her office is unbelievably convenient & accomodating (unlike most dentists' offices that I have been to). She does her work up and was so extremely professional in the way she described what was wrong & the ways to fix it. She doesn't try to get you to buy the most expensive or fanciest fix, but reads you & decides what you are looking for & goes w/ that approach. I made my next appointment before I even left the office that day & have found my long term dentist in the valley for sure.

I had a horrible tooth ache and called Dr. Jones who took me in right away. The office was very warm & welcoming, and Dr. Jones was very nice & explained everything perfectly to me. She referred me to see her specialist and I was out of pain the next day. I would definately recommend Dr. Jones to anyone in need to a dentist.

One day my tooth started to hurt, and I tried to avoid the dentist for as long as I could, but eventually I jumped on my insurance website and found Dr. Birva Joshi Jones and thank God I did. She found a cavity & in the most caring & gentle manner fixed up my tooth & helped me get over my dental phobia. She even sat with me & went over some simple ways someone as lazy as me could improve my overall dental health.
