Dr. Schuster is great! Professional, kind, and thorough. I was hesitant to go to a new ortho based on poor experiences with new doctors in the past; however, her practice and manner has changed my outlook. Thank you, Dr. Schuster!

The doctor seemed very nice and friendly. She seems to have a way with kids. My kids in general are very nervous about getting braces but Dr Schuster explained that it's more like putting stickers on your teeth so it doesn't hurt at all. I liked how she was able to ease my daughter and make her less nervous. My daughter is very very fearful of getting work done on her teeth.
My only issue was the receptionist, i think she might have been newly hired and she was either nervous which is understandable but also didn't come off as very friendly. Prior to the appt, I had already filled out all the forms online and she said she couldn't find anything so i had to redo the forms. Not a big deal, took me a few minutes but a few minutes later another receptionist came to the desk area who seemed more experienced and she said oh i already have your paperwork filled out so no need to do anything further. So i told the 2nd receptionist that i was told the you guys can't find the forms so i had to refill it. I purposely came only a few minutes prior to the appt knowing that i had already filled out the forms otherwise i would have come earlier. Things like this stick to me because as a working mom, i try to make my life easier by trying to get things done ahead of time when it comes to new doctor visits so this just rubbed me the wrong way considering it was our first visit and it's also about first impressions.
I really liked the doctor and hope that in the future when i do bring my daughter in for the appropriate treatment, she will work out nicely.
