I was greeted warmly by Linda the receptionist. Jeanette, Dr. Kar's assistant, saw me next as I had a rather bizarre dental need which wouldn't necessarily require a dentist. When she couldn't help me, she brought Dr. Kar in. He was friendly and professional. The only reason I waited in the office at all was because it was my first visit and I had to fill out paperwork.

Dr. Brian Kar, (a.k.a. Dr. Care) has served the dental needs of Pasadena, El Monte, Arcadia, and Glendale, California residents since 2002. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Dr. Kar performed a one-year associateship. By 2000, Dr. Kar owned a Long Beach practice, where he continued to hone his formidable dental expertise, focusing on providing the most advanced dental care.
When Dr. Kar finally opened his Pasadena dental practice at InStyle Dental, he was more than adequately prepared to offer the community comprehensive, caring, state-of-the-art dental techniques and technology, with a team of skilled, friendly professionals.
According to one of his guests, Peggy Neiman, “Dr. Kar should be known as Dr. Care, because of his pain free dentistry.
He and his wife Carol have two boys, Brandon and Nathan. Dr. Kar, an avid Lakers fan, also enjoys a round of golf, movies and loves dining out.
According to his staff, the female guests really love his dimples.
