Super friendly office staff - Dr. Vu makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entirety of my visit not just at the beginning. Took very good care of my son who came in for his first dental visit at 2.5 years old.

My experience has been very positive. Had a deep cleaning done. I was informed at every step of what is going on and was helped by the good doctor and his team. The entire time I was repeatedly checked to see if I felt okay or if I was uncomfortable I could inform them. I felt very well taken care of. I will continue to visit them regularly.

My first appointment with this dentist I was burned by equipment during my cleaning. The hygienist was rude and couldn’t communicate properly. My second appointment for fillings was unpleasant as I could feel the drilling the entire time because my novo cane didn’t become affective until the end of the appointment. Upon the end of my appointment I was informed that they do not do any type of billing for balances outside of insurance. I have never gone to a medical facility where I do not have the option to be billed or set up a payment plan. I received “it’s policy, we do this because many patients don’t pay their bills” so this establishment doesn’t trust their patients. Why should a patient trust you? This was the worst dentist I have experienced and I will never come back. I do not recommend.
