I am normally nervous about seeing the dentist, however, Dr. Alvarado is absolutely wonderful and put me at ease since the start. As a new patient, not only she did my regular check up but took the time to ask questions and develop a full picture of my situation, which helped us uncover issues that I hadn't even mentioned with my mouthguard which we impacting my sleep. THANK YOU Dr. Alvardo! I recommend her highly : )

Dr. Carol K. Alvarado is a 1992 graduate of UTHealth Houston (The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston) Dental School, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Before attending dental school, Dr. Alvarado was a registered dental hygienist, bringing over 40 years of experience in dentistry. She continues her postgraduate studies in multiple areas of interest, including bioesthetics, cosmetics, implant placement, TMJ, orthodontics, and sleep apnea. Dr. Alvarado has integrated her passion for a natural, whole-body approach to health and wellness to better serve her patients. She developed Effervess® Nature's Oral Care Products, originally designed for dry mouth conditions, but Effervess® products are enjoyed by everyone! Dr. Alvarado is a member of the Academy of Bioesthetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

I can't thank Dr. Karol enough for what she did for both of my parents. They have been struggling to find a great Dr that would take care of their dental needs . She was very patient with them and helped them by explaining what it needed to be done and how to take good care of their dental hygiene. From Dr Karol , Irene and crystal , they all were super supportive and helpful getting the paperwork need for their visit to go smooth . Thank you for taking good care of my parents.
