AMAZING. Right when you get in the staff is friendly and accommodating, the music is pleasant, and the seats are comfortable. Service is quick and they don’t try to get you on any hidden fees, just straight to the point. Also it wasn’t congested, they seem to space out patients in a good enough manner.

Dr Nguyen and his team were all so friendly and inviting. Especially his front desk associate Lynette. He listened to my concerns and did all he could to identify the possible problem. I left my precious dentist bc I felt that they weren’t transparent and upfront about costs and charges but Dr Nguyen and Lynette made sure I knew the cost of the visit and any procedure recommended before performing anything. More thorough than other dentists I’ve been to in the past few years. I’m looking for to my follow up!

Highly recommend! I was very nervous going into my appointment and was dealing with some pain. Dr. Nguyen took a lot of time to listen to me and ask me questions about my symptoms. He walked me through a plan to reduce gum sensitivity/pain and was extremely reassuring. The cleaning itself was very gentle and easy. This is a great place to go if you’re a nervous patient, the whole team is very attentive and kind!

I didn’t like that they tried to sneak a small charge in. That said, they were passive and not insistent about it. Everything else about the experience was great. Ensure all X-Ray imaging they’re doing is covered, but I’d definitely recommend this practice to others.

First time trying ZocDoc. I’ve hand more than a handful of awful dental experiences. However, that changed with one visit with Dr. Nguyen.
Dr. Nguyen was a great listener and addressed all inquires. He taught dental proper care. Pleasant and patient doc. I had great comfort and confidence under his care.

Getting X-Rays and cleaning can be so awkward, but Dr. Nguyen was communicative and had a calm bedside manner. He was quick and his office was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for?
