She is amazing! Very knowledgeable and skillful. Great bedside manner, patient to explain everything and answers all my questions and give suggestions. The office staff are super nice and helpful, especially when you have questions regards yo insurance. They really helped me to understand the situation better! It’s my 3rd time visit, I don’t think I will ever need to see any other dentist. Highly recommend!

I had a first time visit with Dr. Lee because I had a toothache and my regular dentist was unavailable plus wanted a second opinion. Dr. Lee was very pleasant, knowledgeable and insightful. I didn't feel rushed, during my visit. She was very sympathetic to my pain and she listened to and answered all of my questions and has an excellent bedside manner. I'm very happy and would highly recommend Dr. Lee!

I went for my first routine & cleaning in NYC, and I will 100% book again. I was able to book an appointment to be seen the day after. The clinic was conveniently located near the train station (6 mins walk). All staff, including Dr. Diana Lee herself, speak English, Mandarin, and Cantoness fluently, which was super helpful. As for the experience, I'd say it was probably the gentlest & quickest cleaning session I've ever had. I would comfortably recommend their service to friends and families.

Maybe just me, the device used for taking x-ray was wrapped in plastic that made me uncomfortable when inserted deep into my mouth. Some other dental offices don't use the plastic wrap. Don't know why.

I went to this Dr. Diana in Dec 2020 during the covid pandemic. There is no single room for patients and around two or three patients have to share the same room. I personally find it very unsafe during these times. Also, Dr. Diana was very unprofessional and charged ridiculously (i,e., simply look at my teeth for less than 1 minute) And, Dr. Diana would suggest you to do deep cleaning regardless your specific needs and dental health. Lastly, this dental practice did not provide my medical records when I requested and the nurse told me that we cannot send it to you according to Dr. Diana.

It was a very pleasant visit for a consultation. Dentists have been a daunting task for me because I have major work that needs to be done. Of all the dentists and assistants i've met, Diana Lee and the people in her office were very kind, respectful and informative with no judgment. I would def plan to go back and continue my work with her. Only odd thing was that it was a little hot in there and wonder why there was no AC on.

I was there for my annual cleaning and was seen by an associate. The doctor was very thorough and did an amazing job. Dr Lee was there to check in with for future treatments based on the x-rays. I was seen right away and everyone at the location was very nice.
