My first visit with Dr. Sahawneh was enjoyment. No long wait, they got to work with me right away. The staff were very polite and pleasant. The Doctor was very informative and took the time to explain to me exactly what my issue was. His bedside manner was good, he made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this dentist.

I’m accustomed to having a bit of a wait at dentist and doctor offices but an hour plus into my visit today I still hadn’t been seen and someone who arrived after me was taken to the back.
I know dental emergencies happen but I really felt like my time wasn’t important or that I was pushed aside because I’m a new customer and not a regular. It seems like there’s only one dentist/hygienist but a little communication would have gone a long way in my book to say “hey, we have a dental emergency to take care of. It’ll take X amount of time. We can reschedule or will update you when we can bring you back.”
I also learned that the young man in the waiting room had a 9:30 am appointment when mine was scheduled for 9:45 am. That’s impossible. Had high hopes and loved the idea of a Saturday visit as it’s more convenient but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Iwrforming service without explaining clearly that the service is not a basic cleaning but instead one that can only cover one side of the mouth at a time. As a patient complete transparency is the preference. If I am told a cleaning than I assume it’s a full mouth cleaning. If it something more than that then an explanation in advance is the right thing to do. Such a push for all these out of pocket services with mout first addressing the basics. This is how patients are taken advantage off.

This visit was amazing. I did wait about 30-45 minutes but the dr was respectful enough to explain that he had a lot of emergency patients plus they did move my appointment up for my convenience so I wasn’t upset about the wait. He’s very knowledgeable and he breaks the information down so you understand. His staff is so warm and friendly. They also accept kids as young as one so now I’m about bring my entire family. I’m a patient for life or until he retires.

Dr Sahawneh saw me very promptly for my noon appointment. He was extremely pleasant and kind. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing, and seems very knowledgable. He worked quickly, and was attentive to my reactions. He worked with my insurance coverage and schedule.
A good dentist, and a nice guy! I highly recommend him.
Also, ample parking at his office.
