“Highly recommend. Went for an annual cleaning for the first time. Skye at the front desk super nice and helpful in explaining exactly what my insurance covered so no surprises. Angelica the assistant was very pleasant and breezed through x-rays painlessly. Btw they have all the newest 3D scanning technology so all of that stuff took no time at all and was painless. They also have TVs on the ceiling you watch while getting the cleaning, great modern office. Then Vanessa was fantastic with the cleaning! Very skilled and no pain after a deep cleaning. She was great and communicative talking to me about my teeth, made some suggestions without pushing anything I didn’t want/need. Quick and painless visit, will be back in 6 months. Look no further. ”

Dr. Vanessa Gang is a Bergen County native. She is dedicated to bringing quality dental care to the community. Growing up in the neighborhood has instilled a deep sense of connection and commitment to serve the area.
Dr. Gang received her doctorate degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She completed a General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She trained with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is certified to administer botulinum toxins (Botox) and dermal fillers (Juvaderm) for facial enhancement and therapeutic purposes. Through continuing education, she stays at the forefront of dental advancements, providing you with the best care possible. She has a genuine passion for dentistry and strives to learn and incorporate the latest materials and technology in an effort to provide the highest standard of dental care.
Dr. Gang believes in a patient-centered approach. In our warm and understanding environment, she aims to empower each patient with knowledge, ensuring they actively participate in decisions about their oral health. She is attentive to her patients’ concerns and is thoughtful when guiding them to their decisions on dental treatment.
Beyond dentistry, she is a proud mom to a newborn son. Family values resonate deeply with her, influencing the familial care and compassion you can expect at our practice. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the world through travel, hiking, strolling through art galleries and museums and occasionally attends pilates and barre classes.

The environment is brand new, clean, bright and fully equipped with the latest technology. Staff is pleasant and welcoming and the dentist is incredibly talented and knowledgeable at what she does. A very good experience overall.

Dr. Gang was incredibly thorough and gentle, taking the time to explain everything in detail.
The staff was also extremely kind, professional, and attentive — truly the friendliest and most thoughtful team I’ve ever encountered at a dental office.

Dr. Gang and her receptionist, Skye, were such a pleasure. I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years, but they treated me with incredible kindness. They thoroughly explained every step of the process and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. There were no hidden or surprise fees! I would highly recommend this practice and can confidently say you would be in great hands.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I was put at ease. I will need some work done which was clearly explained. The staff willing is processing paperwork for pre-approval by the insurance. I would highly recommend this dental office based on my first visit.

Everything regarding my experience was top notch, including the secretary being incredibly polite and informative, the dental hygienist being very patient and kind with my x-rays, and Dr. Gang being extremely thorough and professional. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

My first visit was today and I could not be more pleased. The office is bright and clean and brand new. I was very impressed w/ the 3D scan of my teeth that the Dr. used to explain her findings. I am very happy w/ Refine Dental Care.

I am a new patient. Woke up in bad tooth pain and was able to get in that same day. The office is very cute and welcoming. Dr. was extremely nice, gentle and did not push for extreme treatment. Overall I am very pleased with my first visit.

Dr. Vanessa Gang was great! I'm usually someone that is very nervous and anxious at the dentist but my experience with Dr. Gang was different than any experience I've ever had. I felt very comfortable upon entering the office. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and it really helps you feel more relaxed and at ease. My visit was thorough and informative but also enjoyable! I must say, this might have been the only dental experience I've ever enjoyed! All staff are knowledgeable and skilled in their departments and this was such a great experience overall. I'm happy to have found Dr. Gang and I know that I'm in good hands!
