I love visiting my dentist. The office is very clean and has lots of extras other offices don't have, like coffee, snacks, games and the ambiance is terrific.

Dr. Duy is great! I just moved back to the Bay Area and needed a new dentist for a cleaning and some dental work. I chose Pacific Manor Dental because it is close to where I live, so I called them to set up a new patient appointment. The receptionist verified my information and insurance and brought me in the office within 2 weeks. The office is new, ultra modern with 2 TV screens in each room that has access to Netflix's, Hulu, Amazon, Pandora, etc.. The computer monitors are set up to show you your X-rays and existing conditions or work that you had previously done so that Dr. Nyugen can explain his treatment plan and go over options with you. I ended up having to replace 2 old crowns and needed a couple of fillings.. the whole process only took 2 months (due to my work schedule) and my new crowns look beautiful and completely match the color of my bright teeth. At my last appointment, for completing my treatment t plan, Dr Duy and his staff gave me a bottle of sparking cider and a refund check for over paying what my insurance already covered! First time a dentist gave ME money!! Dr. Nyugen is informative, thorough,and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Professional, caring, and factual -- Dr Nguyen takes a priority to insure your teeth are in a stellar condition after visiting his office. First time I went to his office over 6 months ago for an extraction of a dental floss that stuck between my teeth due to a poor cavity filling done by another dental office. Dr Nguyen was able to extract it and showed me through the x-rays that my recent cavity filling (the one with a stuck dental floss) had more cavity inside of the filling! Dr Nguyen did a great job redoing the tooth feeling and did a great job with my teeth cleaning.
P.S: His office is equipped with Netflix and Hulu that you can watch right in your dental chair while the doctor performs his procedures.

By being flexible wrt time of day I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called and my needs were evaluated and all issues resolved in a single 60-minute office visit. Dr. Nguyen and his staff were all very friendly and very professional. I've had haircuts that were more uncomfortable and involved more wait time than this dental visit. Facilities are very clean and pleasant - Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Best dental experience I had! The waiting room is clean smelled good offered coffee. His hygienist was really nice and friendly. Dr Nguyen made me feel real comfortable he throughly explained the condition of my teeth and what he would be doing during my appointment. The chair went down and I look up and who could have guessed a tv on the ceiling! I was so focused on the tv it took away the anxiousness of being in a dental appointment! I highly recommend Dr Nguyen he is flexible, cool, and professional.

His website states that he's open extended hours and even on Sunday. However, I got there on a Saturday at my appointment time, was rushed through taking exrays and then he re-cemented a portion of my tooth that cracked. Thank GOD I saved it. I did not see him take any steps to disinfect the chipped piece and even made a comment about this.
I asked the receptionist, who talked constantly, if I could also get a cleaning. The doctor said, "it's late, we all want to go home, you can reschedule your cleaning." Late! I was there at approx 4pm and the office hours were until 7pm! Clearly this doctor does not care about his patients!

during the teeth cleaning Dr. Nguyen explained what he was doing and that made me feel really comfortable!. While he was checking my teeth, he noticed some cavities and he took some picture and showed me. I was very surprised to see the pictures of my teeth that close up but this made me understand what was happening to my teeth! Also, I have braces and Dr. Nguyen was very gentle with my teeth.
They have TV installed on top of the ceiling so I was able to watch Netflix while he was cleaning my teeth.
I highly recommend this office to my friends and family. They are honest and friendly!

Very quick and painless!!! And am very thankful that he was able to accomodate me in an emergency situation and my regular dentist is not available. I love the coffee and Goldfish setup. I am extremely happy with the TV/Hulu and the Stop sign pain management setup.
If for some reason my regular dentist is not available again, I would go to Dr. Nguyen again!!! :)

Dr. Nguyen is a clinically astute dentist. I saw him 3 months after seeing another dentist for a teeth cleaning, and Dr. Nguyen discovered a cavity that the previous dentist had missed! He also took the time to explain everything and knows how to make the patient feel in control and comfortable. I'd recommend him to my own family and friends!

I just started going to Dr. Nguyen for my dental care and Incouldnt be happier! I hadn't been to a dentist in a while and sadly discovered a bunch of cavities. Dr. Nguyen was very comforting, answered all my questions did an amazing job with the fillings, the process was easy, smooth and painless ( I was worried about the needle and the numbing process) and I have no discomfort at all. Everyone at the office is super friendly and accomodating and I'll be happy to keep coming back for cleanings.

Dentists & Dr.'s of all practices get delayed in their scheduling. It is the nature of their "business." Dr. Nguyen made my daughter's dental care a priority, scheduling her appt during his lunch, texting me info for a specialist he suggested for her, and even remembered my name at a later visit! Great dentist.

When I walked in the dental office was warm and inviting. Many dental offices I have been to in the past feel cold and impersonal. The office and the friendly and courteous staff made me feel instantly at ease. I went in for a routine checkup and deep cleaning. The process was quick and the Doctor was very skilled. I didn't feel any pain during my deep cleaning like I have with other dentists. On top of it all I was able to watch a hilarious show on Hulu during the entire process. overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. Duy Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen is thorough, conscientious, kind and gentle. He's great with my kids and we feel very fortunate to have him in Pacifica. His staff is always responsive, professional, as accommodating as possible and always very nice and easy to talk to. My only concern is that word will get out about their great dental care and he may become so busy we will have trouble getting appointments :-)

Dr. Duy is the first dentist I can honestly trust to take care of my teeth. He sits with you and goes over insurance and the patient price immediately. He is up front and cares about the patient. I had a molar root canal done and did not once had to stop for pain. He made sure I was numb and ready to go before he started. I would recommend doing a consult with him before calling someone else.
