Dr. Francine Abad earned her dental degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Abad is a lifelong learner and continues to increase her knowledge and skillset by attending courses at the renowned Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. She also attends monthly study club meetings with her fellow dentists in the Peninsula. Her philosophy when it comes to dentistry is to treat patients like family. Her warm and caring demeanor helps put even the most anxious patients at ease. She is proficient in both general and pediatric dentistry. Dr. Abad is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Francisco Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Outside of the dental office, she loves spending time with her husband of 15 years and three daughters. Her youngest aspires to be a dentist when she grows up.

So thankful to get this appointment to get my crown started before going on vacation for 3 weeks. This was a new doctor for me, however I had been to the office since I was young. Just the third doctor to buy into to practice. So nice that she and the prior doctor kept the wonderful staff. Dr. Abad was very gentle and thorough.

Never experienced a dental appointment as delighted like this . Just go right in with no waiting time. After a friendly greeting from front office, staff brought me to the room where Dr Francine came right in. My emergency visit with x-ray, evaluation , tooth extraction, stitches, prescription and payment all done within 30 mins. The most heart warming is I received a senior discount ??. Love this office and will be my dental office for life.

Dr. Abad and her staff are friendly, organized, and are highly skilled at dental prevention and treatment. The reception staff/office staff are excellent communicators and provide just the right amount of gentle reminders for upcoming appointments. My very first time in the office, I was pleasantly surprised how the place was so inviting and well designed. Everyone was welcoming, warm and professional. The work that I had done was performed perfectly and efficiently. The best dentist in town!!! The best in the bay area for that matter!

Dr Franny is understanding a patient. I am not one to enjoy a trip to the dentist but she makes it a calming environment. The staff is well trained and just as understanding and make everyone who comes into the office feel welcome. I have referred my whole family to come in.

We highly recommend Dr. Abad. During this time of COVID, it was clear they had the patient’s best interest at heart when it came to safety. Even though our appointment was in the late morning, it looked as clean as if they had opened just for us.
The front desk staff were cordial, caring and very helpful. They understood the juggle of filling in paperwork while trying to distract a toddler and were excellent in organizing the forms and answering our questions.
Dr. Abad was spectacular. She was very calm and gentle with our son’s assessment and treatment. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions completely and without medical jargon. She was also very prepared to help distract our son before, during and after his appointment. The mask did little to hide her genuine empathy and care for both us and our son. We look forward to Dr. Abad and her staff being a part of our son’s dental care for years to come.

Exceptional dental care with Dr. Franny Abad and her whole team!! I felt very comfortable that everything was explained to me about the procedures that needs to be done accompanied by photos of the affected teeth. I appreciate such transparency. Very modern and updated dental equipment. I noticed that all precautionary measures are addressed for the safety of the patients and staff.
